Our unique program combines elements of strength training, powerlifting, CrossFit, functional bodybuilding, and strongman event training.
Results
By mixing these disciplines with alternating loads and repetitions, the program continuously challenges your body, leading to superior results.
Philosophy
Our guiding philosophy is a simple one that we live by every day at DKF: “Varied Inputs. Constant Results.”

We ask our members for less than 3% of their time each week (4 of their 168 available hours) in exchange for life-changing results.

Individuals are not judged by the weight they move or lose, but instead by the effort they commit and the sweat they shed. Anyone can do it, but most won’t. It takes individuals who have decided they want better for themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. Individuals who are ready to make a small sacrifice for outsized returns.
